Client experience is always first! To begin the process, or to simply ask questions, please contact me directly by email at skip@inc2ink.com. I appreciate and respond to all inquiries; I'll listen to your needs, explain what I need to get started, and walk you through my creative process, pricing, and print(s) or framing options. Please be advised, there is often a commissions queue. Your 'work' will fall into the queue. From there, depending on size chosen, drawings can take 2-6 weeks, not including print(s) or framing options. Planning ahead, especially well before the holidays, is highly recommended to meet specific gifting or business deadlines.

Details about each original home portrait that I create:

Detailed drawing of home, cabin, or other architectural landmarks & landscaping in black India ink.. Night (%10 add'l fee) or Day!!
Drawn on acid-free, pH neutral archival "Fabriano Artistico" cold press 90lb 100% cotton watercolor paper.
Drawn with precise technical pens (0.13mm - 0.35mm+). May include toning using ink/water wash, or grayscale watercolor(s) (painted) to add value and contrast. Option to imbed hidden names, dates, or other sentiments.

Details about the commission process:

Custom sizes are available on request. Custom pricing will be quoted at time of such request. It's your decision to move forward.
For commercial work or larger projects, a commission "Work" contract is recommended. This protects both parties.
A 'photo visit' is available within Twin Cities Metro area only ($75 fee). I can also help you take your own. No fees apply
For all original drawings, 30% non-refundable down payment is required. This payment ensures a place in the queue, and covers initial labor (portrait layout & sketch) and materials costs. Full balance, including applicable taxes and shipping costs, due upon completion of work.
Pick-up of completed work is available in Plymouth, MN. I can also ship to your location (applicable UPS or FED ex fees apply).
High-resolution (600 dpi) digital images of original artworks are provided on request at no additional charge.
FRAMING: All artwork consists of the original finished drawing only. Professional outside framing is available at competitive pricing, plus a $125 handling fee. This can be discussed at anytime during the commission process. Generally, the turn-around for a framer is 3-4 weeks and should be considered incremental time added to any artwork deadline you may have.
